Battle Magick & Gym is a curricular class taught at the Schola Draíochta. Delivered in a series of practical lessons in the Schola's expansive Quintana, the teaching styles are varied and provide a constant challenge to students. This is also the subject in which there is the most potential for accidents. One of the medical staff is often on call in the Infirmary during Battle Magick & Gym sessions. During one particular session, Vann Distrid wound up destroying a significant portion of the Quintana itself straight after the powers of Taranis and Lonski were also unleashed in an unstable fashion. Two of the lesson's teachers took part in the Second Invasion with great significance, including Ellechim Epia who joined Skrai and Syth Favardin who gave his life to destroy the invading army.

Schola Prospectus Entry
- "Battle Magick & Gym is the study of combat magicks and their practical and ethical uses in a fight scenario. Different techniques will be taught during the course of the subject, along with various exercises that will improve the student's general skills and physical fitness. No special powers are required, but an ability to take part in practical lessons is a must. This subject is assessed with a practical exam."

Ellechim Epia is a Shadow demon, originating from the Seventh Circle of Hell. She works as a Battle Magick and Gym teacher at the Schola Draíochta, but it is understood this is a temporary position until she calms down her wild ways. She is exceptionally strong and fast, and has a very volatile personality, veering from aggressive to flirtatious in an instant.
