The Locations portal gives you links to the various pages of The Schola Wiki that are centred around places, whether they be grand cities, or single, solitary buildings. Using the Subportals you can navigate the page through 'types' of location. 'Worlds' refers to entire planets. Most of the Worlds articles are homeworlds, the birth places of characters of the Schola Draiochta Forum. Planes are 'existences' that is devoid of 'borders' and are often ethereal in nature. Such places might include 'Heaven' or a 'Chaos dimension'. 'Settlements' are towns, cities, villages, hamlets, etc. They are a collection of homes and make up one community. 'Buildings' simply refers to any one singular building of import. Finally there is the 'Other' Subportal, which links to places not so easily defined such as entire galaxies.

The Characters portal links to the various characters that have their own pages on The Schola Wiki. These characters may be Player Characters or Non-Player Characters from the Schola Draiochta Forum., or they may be characters created to add background to a character's Wiki article. Only characters with their own pages are listed. You can easily navigate the page using the Subportals links. 'Teachers' refers to the characters that are teacher characters on the Schola Draíochta Forum. 'Students', likewise, refers to the characters that are considered to be Students. 'Others' are the characters from the forum that are considered as 'others', usually they are residents of Breja. 'Pets' are the pages of any pet or pet-like characters that warrant their own pages. The 'NPCs' is a list of the Non-Player Characters, either Wiki-based or forum-based.

The Species portal links to all of The Schola Wiki articles that are specifically about species (or races). 'Classic' refers to species that are considered 'standard' or 'mythical', such as Elves, Minotaurs or other such created material. These are species that the player has not self-created but used a template for. 'Original' refers to species that are entirely made up and fictional, unable to be found anywhere else. 'Creatures' simply refers to the, usually non-sentient, creatures that might be important enough to have their own article.

The Objects portal links to the various articles that are centred around any single or collection of 'items' here on The Schola Wiki. You can easily navigate the page by using the Subportals below. 'Clothing' refers to items of clothing that are significant enough to warrant their own article, such as a magickal cloak or suit of armour. 'Weapons' are the articles that discuss special weaponry that warrant their own pages. 'Accessories' refers to the assorted items such as important jewellery or gadgetry. 'Vehicles' are pages dedicated to important transportation devices that have their own articles. 'Other' refers to any objects that do not so easily fit into the other categories.

The Other category is a list of pages that don't quite fit into any of the main articles of The Schola Wiki. These might include 'theory' pages or 'explanation' pages. 'Subjects' is a list of the class subjects studied at the Schola Draíochta, both old and new. 'Organisations' is a list of groups, clubs, gatherings, sets or organisations either from the Schola itself or beyond. 'Magick Systems' refers to the various systems of magick employed by different characters. These pages are explanations of 'how it works' for their specific character. 'Non-Magickal Systems' are the same kind of pages but they refer to functions that are not specifically magickal in nature. The 'Events' option leads to a list of major Events during the Schola Story. 'Role-Play Theory' are discussion articles designed to provoke thoughts on Role-Playing and forum-based systems.
