Ellechim Epia
Main article: Ellechim Epia

Ellechim Epia is a Shadow demon, originating from the Seventh Circle of Hell. She works as a Battle Magick and Gym teacher at the Schola Draíochta, but it is understood this is a temporary position until she calms down her wild ways. She is exceptionally strong and fast, and has a very volatile personality, veering from aggressive to flirtatious in an instant

Species

Demons such as Ellechim Epia are a sentient species which have populated the world of Hell. They have different attributes depending upon their caste, which is chosen for them, not genetically determined.

Homeworld

The world of Hell from which Ellechim Epia originates is a dimensional anomaly which is inhabited by several varying breeds of demons. It is not a planet, in the traditional sense, but it has solid ground and a form of atmosphere, making it capable of supporting life.

Characteristics

Personality

Ellechim is as changeable as the wind with regards to her emotions. She has been known to snap from belligerent to sweet in the space of a second, and sometimes goes through dozens of these rocketing changes of mood in a single lesson. She probably has the demonic equivalent of bipolar disorder, but no one has gotten around to seriously suggesting this to her.

She enjoys living on the edge, and is a little bored with the mundaneness of life at the Schola. When threatened with having her heart torn out by Ralma Faustus, her response was that she 'missed having the itch between her shoulder blades'. She appears to have a death wish, although how serious this actually is, nobody knows. She has been forbidden to take her own life, and some suspect that her devil-may-care attitude is just a way of getting someone else to take it for her, thus not breaking her oath... continued

Aire

Main article: Aire

The girl named Aire, more commonly when she is older as Airetasare, is a girl that hangs between existence, not being completely alive nor completely dead. Or, rather, not Life or Death; her parents. Her older brother, Ethoros, took largely after their mother, and so it was expected that Aire should take after her father. However, despite the and respect love she has for her father, she dislikes much of her 'dead' qualities that deprive her the thrill of a full life. A full life like everyone else. Often miserable and dejected, it was Grace Von Éventer that managed to pull Aire out of her shell and enjoy what life she had a little more. Aire made fast friends with Grace, as well as Andrew Jacob and Niila Jordanus, all three of which she holds as close as family. Unfortunately these bonds aren't infinite. The death of Grace struck Aire hard and then the shift in Niila's personality also left Aire feeling rejected. She is swiftly falling back into her old moody ways.

Yumiko has one natural sibling, Oda Kamiko, and one adoptive brother, Maruyama Takahiro, who were both also taught to control their powers by Hideyo. Eventually the headmaster sent him to the Schola Draíochta, where he would be more readily accepted. Vann's older brother, Bort, wasn't gifted with magick and instead he became the knight-commander. Bort helped train Vann in martial combat as a means of steadying and focusing the mind. Vann's power often brought small-scale disaster to the Schola Draíochta, however Professor Skrai of Summonings & Necromancy regularly praised Vann for his talent and encouraged him to continue to expand his abilities.
