Race
Emperor is a created being with no racial heritage. He was designed to appear like a human child with exaggerated aesthetics. It is believed that this guise is supposed to lull others into a false sense of security should Emperor approach them.
Homeworld

The Napping Cat's Dream was a world said to exist within the dreams of a cat, earning its namesake. However the true and exact nature of the Dream has always been unknown due to its ever-changing landscape, setting and the steady influx of beings from across the Multiverse. The Napping Cat's Dream is less of a world than a mix-up of many different worlds meshed together into an existence where time and space have been warped. There are few natives of The Napping Cat's Dream, though one is known as Ethereal. The Dream is now an extinct universe.
Characteristics
Personality
Emperor seems to have a rather blank personality, much like his creator. He doesn't react to most things, whether it be humour, sorrow or even explosions. He doesn't seem to have a fight or flight reflex at all. However he is clearly capable of attachment as he is protective not only of Skrai but also of Domie Neitrycks.
Powers
Emperor's only real 'power' is that he has access to his own personal 'hammer space', which is a kind of dimensional pocket that can store infinitely large objects and numbers of them. From this hammer space, Emperor mostly favours his bazooka.

Neko Island Fortress

Early Life
Created during the early stages of development on the Neko Island Fortress, Emperor and Domie Neitrycks were created at the same time to fend off an incoming wave of Dream heroes. They were thrown instantly into a pocket world where they distracted the heroes long enough to seal the opening to Neko Island. Emperor himself then fled through a new opening and tricked the heroes into following him into a trap. This trap was staged in the Church of Dreams, which formerly belonged to the priest Father Phemus Reginald Smite. After the priest had abandoned the church, however, God's protection was gone and Skrai could corrupt its use to his own ends. It was here that one of the heroes was trapped and forced to work for Skrai. Raylan Loktorus Lammens became one of Skrai's generals, unable to escape this cruel twist of fate.
The Great Library
The most significant conquest of Emperor was that of The Great Library. Skrai's biggest wish is to take control of 'access points', gateways to the Multiverse from which he can further spread his influence and dominance. The Great Library is capable of just that, containing both books from millions of universes, as well as doors that lead to them. Although not perfect for transporting large armies, Skrai can use the library to send scouts, who can then relay the coordinates back to the Dream Gate, which is a device that can connect to any universe, so long as you have the coordinates.
The Librarian Banquo and his assistant Nathaniel were the only guardian of this facility and easily overcome. Emperor led a small unit of Squics to take the library and imprisoned the Banquo in ice. Nathaniel, however, escaped and fled through one of the doorways into an unknown universe.
With possession of The Great Library, Emperor's new duty was to coordinate the scouting missions, sending them out to find suitable universes, galaxies, planets or even significant cities for conquest. Through this system, Emperor discovered The Kingdom of Albany led by King Drosten. Although he didn't take part in the conquest itself, the kingdom was taken by Skrai's army and Drosten was forced to become a vassal of Skrai.
All this came to an end when Skrai set his sights on another 'access point' known as The Portal Grounds on the planet Odin.
The Second Invasion
The land known as Valle Dei Mondi was rich in portals, gateways that could lead Skrai's army even further afield in the Multiverse and was thus a prime target for Skrai. The Second Invasion began and Emperor, along with many of Skrai's generals, was involved.

Skrai

Skrai is an Ethereal being originating from The Napping Cat's Dream, from where he expanded into the Multiverse and became a conqueror of countries, worlds and even galaxies. He was once the teacher for Summonings & Necromancy, however it was a ploy so that he could gain intelligence on the Schola Draíochta and, eventually, he invaded sparking a major war. He has many other characters in his employ, such as Dragão Geral de Caos, Emperor and Domie Neitrycks; all of which serve with unshakable loyalty, even in his absence. He believes in order through chaos and desires complete control, yet offers great rewards for this subservience.

Brittannia

Brittannia is a human clone and was originally nothing more than a test subject for Skrai, who commissioned her cloning. Afterwards, filled with rage and confusion, she began to see Skrai as her 'father' and followed him into his military. Since then she has used her magickal powers over fire to help Skrai conquer many, many worlds. She was one of the generals in Skrai's army during The Second Invasion.
Domie Neitrycks

The 'cat-girl' named Domie Neitrycks is the most promiscuous of Skrai's creations, designed to lure and assassinate enemies. She was created at the same time as Emperor and has formed a strong emotionally attachment to the small child-like being. Domie has spent most of her time within the Neko Island Fortress, but she was one of Skrai's bodyguards during the Second Invasion when they invaded the Valle Dei Mondi and fought against occupants of the Schola Draíochta.

Kalor Varkesh

Kalor Varkesh is the only one of Skrai's creations that is capable of making its own decisions and, if necessary, refusing an order from Skrai himself. Created within The Napping Cat's Dream during a period when the Ethereals ruled, he had to wait for centuries for his master to return when Skrai was killed by a group of time-travellers. When Skrai did return Kalor took part in many of his conquests until he joined the Second Invasion of the Valle Dei Mondi and the Schola Draíochta.

Raylan Loktorus Lammens'

Raylan Loktorus Lammens was once the Lord of Rhiminée, a prosperous city on the planet Cascadia. However this city was destroyed by mysterious forces and he was left without a home or family. He vowed revenged and searched after this mysterious group only to find that they had travelled from across the Multiverse using portals. He followed them through and found himself in a world known as The Napping Cat's Dream where he met the aqua mage Pine and fell in love. Along with Pine he searched for the murderers of his family and came to believe that the orders had come from a warlord named Skrai. Pine and Raylan joined with a group of heroes and went on a journey to find and destroy Skrai for all of his crimes, eventually arriving at Neko Island Fortress. They were forced through a portal by Domie Neitrycks and Emperor. However when they chased Emperor through the Church of Dreams Raylan became stranded and Skrai used his innate mind-control powers to force Raylan into his servitude. In this cursed form Raylan then went on to serve Skrai through many military campaigns until the Second Invasion of the Valle Dei Mondi where Raylan finally lost his life.

Player Notes
Emperor was originally conceived as a joke character, originating from the idea of various characters merged into one angry 'chibi'. Initially called Chibi Emperor Britt, I developed him into something more useful and 'in-keeping' with the Skrai ethos. So his name was shortened to Emperor and a sound excuse for his appearance was developed. Now he's a kind of nostalgic character of past times spent on The Napping Cat's Dream.
