Capability
Unlike most of Skrai's item repertoire, the Zhi-Hao Blade and Liu-Rong Sheath are relatively 'unpowered'. However they do have certain qualities that distinguish them from normal weaponry. Both are neigh indestructible due to a degree of 'unreality', however it is their sentience that make them deadly weapons. Retaining the memory and essence of the original Zhi-Hao and Liu-Rong, the sword and sheath can make judgements of their own and feed these responses into their wielder, who, in turn, will subconsciously act on these judgements. These minds are not, however, capable of rationalisation or independent thought and so they will never rebel or feed false information to their bearer.
They cannot correct major mistakes or judgements made by their wielder. A good swordsman will still be capable of defending against these sentient minds. Sentience is still sentience and they can make mistakes of their own.
History
Zhi-Hao was a powerful warrior of incredible strength and courage. He was a general in the employ of the Chinese warlord Liu-Fei in an alternate version of Earth. He had battled and slew thousands upon thousands of enemy soldiers throughout China, allowing his lord to conquer all of the western territories. As one of many rewards, Liu-Fei gave Zhi-Hao his daughter, Liu-Rong, who was one of the greatest beauties of the period and said to be a woman of peerless elegance.
Life for the brave warrior and his beautiful wife went well until Skrai's forces arrived on the planet. Having already dominated Europa, Skrai sent his army into China and pitched against the various united warlords of the land. First Kao Kao of the north fell and then, having moved in a circular motion, Sun Hwan of the south fell. All of the greatest heroes of China killed or captured.
It was then, finally, that Zhi-Hao faced Skrai and his army. Skrai was impressed with the fierce resistance and sheer power of Zhi-Hao even until the very end, when all else had fallen. Skrai attempted to recruit the heroic warrior, however he refused. Not wanting to loose the power that Zhi-Hao contained, Skrai used the remote control upon him and turned Zhi-Hao into a Chinese blade. Liu-Rong was turned into a sheath for the sword, matching the blade for elegance and adding its own sense of beauty and grace to the mix.
Since their creation Skrai has had few opportunities to used them as he came to the Schola Draíochta shortly after. He used them in a duel with the Battle Magick & Gym teacher, Ellechim Epia in an effort to make the match more fair; refraining from the use of his magickal rings or creatures. Ultimately it took the the use of these rings to break Ellechim's will, who saw the 'toning down' of his power to be an insult.

Skrai
- Main article: Skrai
Skrai is an Ethereal being originating from The Napping Cat's Dream, from where he expanded into the Multiverse and became a conqueror of countries, worlds and even galaxies. He was once the teacher for Summonings & Necromancy, however it was a ploy so that he could gain intelligence on the Schola Draíochta and, eventually, he invaded sparking a major war. He has many other characters in his employ, such as Dragão Geral de Caos, Emperor and Domie Neitrycks; all of which serve with unshakable loyalty, even in his absence. He believes in order through chaos and desires complete control, yet offers great rewards for this subservience.

Player Notes
I wanted to give something for Skrai to be on a more equal footing with opponents, even if, ultimately, he is toying with them. It also allows him a weapon if ever he should find himself in an anti-powers Role-Play thread.
Originally the weapons were Japanese samurai sword and sheath, however I felt that that particular theme had been overused and wanted to show that I wasn't 'jumping on the bandwagon', despite the fact that Skrai would still suit a samurai sword better as I still tend to play him with a more Japanese sword-fighting style; one hit kills, rather than the Chinese flurry.
